Features
There are and have previously been various periodical features on Misstuned, all of which that I can remember are listed here. Certain features were written in third person, and they are marked as such.
Current Features
News Bits
Twice each week1 once in a while, I round up what I’ve heard, read, and seen in the news and post it in a short, I!ADD compliant list.
This feature is geared for those of us that don’t have the time or interest to read through pages and pages of online feeds or news sites, or don’t feel like watching the entirety of local televised news broadcasts to see what’s actually been going on across the nation and the world.
I did this feature twice, on 30 April and May 3, and then let it go. However, I keep doing it whenever, I’ve !
Began: 30 April 2008
Previous Features
Stoopid Saturday (third person)
On Saturday(ish) every2 week, I posted something stoopid, whether it be someone else being stoopid or me being stoopid. Stupid is spelled “stoopid” in the title to indicate extreme stupidity, and it was full of extreme stupidity3. Topics varied from local news pieces to internet memes, and it was rather ill-thought-out and disorganized.
Began: 28 July 2007
Ended: 15 December 2007
Moronic Monday (third person)
One Monday in January 2008, I thought it would be a good idea to extend Stupid Saturday for an entire weekend. I posted once and proceeded to stop posting any weekly issues, feeling they’d all gone stale.
Wednesday Wisdom (third person)
One Wednesday in January 2008, I thought I was smart and wanted to share my “wisdom” with the world. Judging by the comments, no one really got it, and handing out “wisdom” is apparently not very effective if you write in third person. This column idea was very spontaneous and not thought out at all.
