Yeah, Mari couldn’t remember what the bundle was called, but that’s the one Mari was talking about.

Mari thought about that, but Mari likes being able to have people see what she’s working on as well as having it on her own computer. Kinda defeats the purpose of being able to work on it when the Internet’s down, but, if it were on a flash drive, Mari would forget about it all the time.

I have Xampp (Apache distribution with MySQL, PHP etc.) installed on my computer, so not on a flash drive, but the same basic principle applies

I’ll upgrade it immediately. Though, at first I’ll probably just upgrade my offline WordPress installation so if (and when, with my luck) something gets screwed up, I won’t lose my site completely. Offline sites, ftw! They make life so much easier

Testing it out before going public with it is a great idea. Cause inevitably some things get screwed up when the scripts are updated.

Dummy blogs are the best. You can test new themes and plugins without ever screwing up your regular blog.

Oh, you were still using UTW? Mari actually thinks the 2.3 built-in tagging support works a lot better than UTW ever did.

I only updated my wordpress the other day, after it had been bugging me to do it for weeks, and I’m going to have to update it again?!?!
I think i’ll wait and see how it works for others, before i do it because I don’t want to mess up my site

I’ve backed up my blog and I’m in the process of setting up a dummy blog and installing everything that is on my current blog on it and then upgrading it to 2.5 to see if it’ll work. I’m still scared to though, not to mention it’s going to require changing my tags and importing them. *sigh*
