I mean, fans of Death Note (I'm the anime) may not appreciate this supposed "rip-off," but I guess we just have to sit and see, you know? Besides, we've been known to take foreign plots before. <em>The Departed</em> is based on a Chinese movie, right? So what's the difference here? Is it because it's on a channel like Lifetime?
