Pirates arr Funny
Welcome to the sixth (should be tenth) issue of Stoopid Saturday! In this issue we’ll discuss why netizens think pirates are so darned funny.
Take for instance, the piratical ICHC picture above. Funny, right? Good, you’re not hopeless.
Our next example is a clip from Pirates of the Caribbean 3: At World’s End.
Were you laughing when you watched that? Good, there’s a decent chance you already think pirates are hilarious.

If it’s not apparent by now that pirates are simply hilarious, we’ll refer to Google for the ultimate verdict. Googling pirate jokes brings up around 2 million results, and googling pirates are funny brings up about 3 million results. More netizens think pirates are just inherently funny. We don’t even need to look up jokes.

I don’t actually think ALL pirates are funny. But I do find some of the pirate jokes funny. I actually see people here and there laughing about pirates and don’t know why. I have a lot to learn..
