You did apply, but to the wrong email account. The application got buried because of that and you never got entered. Mari sent a confirmation response to all entrants once they’d been entered.
Mari is very sorry you didn’t get a chance, however, the rules did say to use the contact form, which uses Mari’s email address for this domain. So, it’s kind of your fault, and kind of Mari’s for not specifying why to use the contact form and letting the message get buried.
Oh okay, well if I do remember, there was a form down on the page of the contest page, but whatever. I’m gonna beg my parents to get me a domain name, as I have enough money for 1 year hosting at HostMonster, but they said last night that because I’m the underage that I cannot possibly have a domain name (which I think must be untrue seeing lots of underage kids having a domain).

Definitely untrue! Mari had a domain name at age 15.
And be sure to look up that host on google with words like “scam” and “ripoff”! Sometimes super-cheap hosts like that are awful and will steal your money.
