Get Your NaNoWriMo On!

Get down with your creative self and write a novel! November is National Novel Writing Month, and to celebrate, I’m participating at NaNoWriMo.org. If you’ve ever wanted to write a novel, but haven’t quite had the motivation to do so, sign up and get started! Maybe if you want to, you could add my profile as a friend so I can read what you write, and you can read what I write. How cool would that be?

So far in NaNoWriMo, I have what I find to be a very shaky plot idea brought on by excessive doses of Hamasaki Ayumi in iTunes and on Ayu-Vogue.net. I need to check in with my ultimate critic so he can tell me it sucks and then I can move on to another idea. Hopefully after a nice morning yoga session, I’ll get a better idea, or maybe solidify the one I currently have.

    I’m a part of NaNoWriMo as well. I have about four thousand words so far. I just added you as a buddy. My “novel” is going to be a bit unconventional, but I’m trying something new. Good luck with yours. Your plot sounds interesting.

    Good luck with the NaNoWriMo conceptualization. I’ve been thinking of mine myself. But as they say, “It’s quantity over quality here!” Hah.

    @Tiffany
    …excuse me while I seem mean, but I wish you’d actually commented on my post. I know I didn’t comment on your post last time I was at your site, but I couldn’t see your post to comment on it.

    @Charlotte
    I can’t see you on my writing buddies list! But, thanks. Good luck to you too!

    @Shari
    Thanks, and I totally understand. I was afraid of NaNoWriMo last year, but decided to just go for it this year.

    Well, I have no idea what this writing project is you are talking about but I wish you luck. I tried writing a book once, but I was 13 so that didn’t work out too well. Haha! Kids are funny.
