New Theme, Tutorial Added

I finished my new theme, Rainy Day (image by SagetHollen @ Deviantart). It took a long time, and eventually I had to go back to coding how I always did to get it to work properly.
I also added a tutorial on favicons.
I’m still slowly readding and reuploading pages and content.
