Rainy, Sticky, Icky Summer Day
For the past few days I’ve been imitating an iguana, laying outside on a hammock. I got my share of Vitamin D, but no tan whatsoever. I’ll work on that some more this week.
Why not today, you ask? It’s cloudy and rainy and feels like I’m swimming when I go outside. It’s like the clouds lowered themselves to the ground invisibly, and the air has turned to water.
I’ve been mozying on Bunny Parfait BBS recently. Everyone there is so nice and it’s a really close community. And it’s super-cute! If you join, it’d be nice to say thedeannamarie sent you.

And now, around lunch time, the rain stopped and it’s sunny out, so I’m going to go roast.

You know, the lizard thing does work. Try putting one limb is colllllllld water, it’ll cool ur body temp down.
Even better, put cold clothes on key heat points. Back of your neck, forehead, underarms.
I really like your site, it’s quite colorful and summery you could say. Good luck getting a tan, I know I’ve never been able to lay out there because I get bored. lol.
I hate that kind of weather, but I do like rain. Good luck getting a tan. I myself am in need of some sun as well.
I’m like that, too, with the entire tanning thing. I can lay outside for hours and come back in, hoping to have even a burn, but I get nothing. For me to tan it takes a few weeks of being outside non-stop. So I personally don’t try anymore and have learned to accept my caucasian skin as is.
We had some rain like that in my area not too long ago & it was sickening, I can deal with a little rain every now & then but the heavy showers suck..Your site is cute, I luv the colors…
I hate it when it is rainy and cloudy in the summer. We seem to have the same problem with tanning. I barely tan. Have fun tanning.
Lol, I like tanning too. I need to tan my feet. I wear shoes too much.
I don’t like it when the air has more moisture in it than usual either. =/

Oh man, I love tanning haha. I just lay out there and absorb the sunlight, but thankfullly I’ve been getting a lot of color.
